BASIC PRICING
We understand that every project has a budget and you need to count every bean. Our goal is to increase the value of your product and/or service by providing the highest quality images that represent your brand and needs.
The variables that exist from one business to the other make it impractical to provide rates for every situation. Most projects will need a custom consultation and quote. That being said, below you will find some starting rates for our some of our services.
In most cases, a custom quote is the best method. Retainer plans are available.
CUSTOM QUOTES AND RATE SCHEDULE
Each business is different. The images you need are unique to you. CjDuncan Photography wants your business to thrive. Therefore, knowing that your company is unique, we offer custom quotes for your projects as well as retainer pricing to fit your budget and growing needs. SCHEDULE A FREE CONSULTATION
HEAD SHOTS & STAFF PORTRAITS
- Individual Head Shots - $250.
- Includes the session, two outfits/looks and one fully retouched digital file in color and BW. Additional images $150/each. Need more? Contact us for Personal Branding Rates
- Staff Head Shots - $125 each.
- For staff or teams. Price effective with 10 or more members. A $200 trip charge applies for on-site set-ups. Portraits to be taken consecutively. More than 25 members, price per person reduces to $75
- Team Portraits $250 + $10 per head.
- Need images of teams or entire staff. Team of 4- $250 + 40(10 per head) = $290 Price includes a digital file. Contact us for teams/staff larger than 25 persons. Location fees apply

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
- Food and Beverage
- Food photography is a unique venture and has it's own set of rules. Due to the fact that food can cover the gamut of types and styles, it is unfair to you to try and lump it all into one group or price point. Please budget a minimum of $1500 for most food and beverage shoots.
- Custom Branded Campaigns.
- We have worked with several restaurants and food service clients. It has been our experience that a custom branded campaign is in the best interest of you, our client. We want to provide you with the best images that showcase your products and your brand. Campaigns are commissioned as full or half day time blocks.

CONSTRUCTION
- Residential Portfolio Projects
- Single family residential projects start at $500. Price is for one exterior image and 4 interior images.
- Commercial Portfolio Projects.
- Rates vary for single commercial projects. Priced per image. Contact CjDuncan for a custom quote.
- Construction Portfolio Project
- Want to show the world all that you can do? Contact CjDuncan Photography for a custom quote on your portfolio.
PRODUCTS
- Table-top Products on white
- Products begin at $150. A usage fee or item minimum may be applicable.
- Products with unique styling or propping.
- Priced per image. Day rates applicable.
- Specialty Products.
- Jewelry, glassware, chrome, oversized products will be priced on an individual basis. Contact us for a custom quote.
BRANDED CAMPAIGNS
- Branded Campaigns
- Regardless or your industry, your offering is unique. Your images and message must match your brand. We work with you to help you succeed through images that support your brand, your company and your message. Whether it is an annual report, a new product launch and a continual library of images, we are here to help you grow.
- Custom Rates
- Branded campaigns are priced per project based upon your needs. A shaved ice company has different needs and message that of a women's shoe retailer. Each one is unique, therefore, the rates can differ. Just as you may have different rates for your individual products based upon cost, difficulty and expertise needed to deliver each one, our product is no different. A minimum budget of $1500 is recommended for a branded campaign photo-shoot. Contact CjDuncan Advertising imagery to get a custom quote for your project.
- Retainer rates.
- Do you have on-going projects? Need a consistent look for all of your company's offerings? CjDuncan Photography offers special retainer rates for your business and it's growing needs. Contact us to discuss how we can help you and get a custom quote. Retainers rates are billed quarterly for annual on going campaigns or projects.
IMAGE USAGE
- Images Included
- You hire a photographer because you need high quality images and the vision they have. At CjDuncan, we believe that you should not be blind-sided or confused by image usage rights and limitations. Our rates will include images without any hidden license fees. That being said, we do have a usage and license agreement for the images we provide but in most cases this is included in the cost and/or quote provided. Please contact us with any questions regarding usage and image license agreements.
- Art Work Fee and Edits
- Image artwork consist of any enhancement or alterations requested not under general purview of photographer. Your images will be and include and no additional charge color accuracy, proper exposure, composition, perspective correction, contrast, etc. Extra art work includes but not limited to removing items (exit signs, trash,people, street signs, etc) adding elements (skies, landscaping, light where existing light is not working, extending carpets, rugs, etc.) , extractions, transparent backgrounds, creative edits (exclusive filters and/or designs to match brand. Example, making every image less saturated with a sepia tone) Art work rates start at $15/image.
